The School processes personal information for the following purposes (and only within the necessary scope for these purposes):
Student admission, enrollment, and administrative management
Communication with parent(s) and guardian(s)

Secure storage within the Eduka system using industry-standard security measures (such as encryption and strict access controls)
Restricted access granted only to authorized personnel who have a legitimate need to access the personal information for work purposes
Types of Personal Information Collected include:
Personal Identifiers: Student and parent names, contact details (email address, phone number, postal address)
Student academic records and attendance: Grades, progress reports, attendance data, any instances of misconduct, and the outcomes of disciplinary processes, if necessary for school administration, safeguarding, or compliance with legal/regulatory requirements
Details on conditions that may impact the child’s health and safety or help us create a more inclusive schooling environment (e.g., vaccinations, asthma, allergies, learning or physical disabilities)
Emergency contact details: Name and phone number of a person who may not be a legal guardian
Payment and billing information: Tuition fee records, transaction details
Retention Period: Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes listed above, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The School will only process the personal information of relevant minors within the necessary scope and with strict protective measures and will not process the personal information of the minors under the age of 14 without securing the consent of their parent(s) or guardian(s).
According to the PIPL, Individuals (or their parent(s) and guardian(s) in the case of minors under the age of 14) have the right to:
Access and copy: Access and obtain a copy of personal information.
Rectify or Supplement: Request addition, correction or updating of incomplete, inaccurate personal information.
Delete: Request deletion of personal information that is no longer necessary or was processed unlawfully.
Withdraw consent: Withdraw previously granted consent for personal information processing, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions.
Right to be Informed and Make Decision: Request to be informed and right to decide on the processing of their personal information, as well as the right to restrict or deny another person from the processing of their personal information.
Explain Processing: Request explanations regarding the processing rules for personal information.
